Getting around on San Juan Island

The island is about 12 miles (12 kilometers) long and 8 miles (12 km) wide, with plenty to see and do. There are taxis, a shuttle bus service that stops at the Ranch (SUMMER ONLY), , car rentals, jeep and moped rentals from Susie, and bicycle rentals available on the island. The summer-only shuttle bus stops right at our driveway. You can take the shuttle bus or a moped to see the town and all the island highlights. Great ways to stay in the country, see the island, and not have a car!

We offer free covered parking for your bicycles.
