| All of our rooms except the Southwestern Suite and California Room are double occupancy. Two persons per room maximum in all other rooms. We count (and treat) children as persons. | |||

| Children are welcome in most of our rooms
and they love the animals and the ranch. Please call for more
information and openings. Children are charged $20 per person
under 13
years old. |

| Rates quoted are double occupancy except as noted plus lodging tax and are subject to change without notice prior to your reservation. | |||
| Extra Persons | |||
| There is a charge of $25 for each additional guest in the room 13 years and older, $20 under 13. | |||
| Reservations | |||
| A credit card or deposit is required to hold reservations. | |||
| Your card is not charged until check-in. | |||
| Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash are accepted. | |||
| If you need to cancel your reservation... | |||
| There is no charge if we receive your cancellation notice seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Without notice your credit card will be charged for reserved length of stay plus tax. | |||
| Minimum Stay | |||
| Two night minimum stay on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend. If your stay includes Saturday night, staying Friday or Sunday night is generally required. Sometimes we do have a Saturday open up, so give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you. There is so much to do from hiking to relaxing that giving yourself the gift of whole day on the island is worth it. | |||

| We welcome well behaved pets in some of our rooms, please call for more information. | |||
| Checking In | |||

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please give us a call if you would like an early check-in and we will see if we can help but we can not guarantee early check-in's. Please call if you are going to be late and we will make arrangements to meet you if we can if not we will have directions to your room or rooms and we will see you in the morning. |

| A full ranch style breakfast is
provided starting at 8:30 am in the dining room. Please advise of
any
dietary restrictions or special request. Luncheons and dinners available upon request. Please inquire. |
| There is no smoking inside any buildings at the ranch. There is no smoking near the barns or ranch outbuildings. Thank you for your understanding. |
